You are able to change your password in your account dashboard. Just go to your Profile section and select Password.
If you would like to change your e-mail, phone number, or your address, go to the Profile section in your dashboard and select the respective section from the list, there you will be able to request to change this information. Once submitted, our team will review the request and you will be notified when your details have been changed.
Any account that has been provided to customers by PayPugs can only be deleted after five years, from the date of the last transaction made by the customer.
