Things to know before filling in a Pre-Check form
When you are completing a Pre-Check form, you are required to provide a standard set of documents with it. Please keep in mind that the necessary information may differ depending on whether you are onboarding as an individual or a company.
Here is a list of documents you may be requested to provide in the Pre-Check form.
Please bear in mind that if you complete the Pre-Check form incorrectly, you will need to resubmit it again, so please check to make sure all the information and documents you provide are in line with the requirements.
- Contact Information
Individual contacts: e-mail, phone number.
Corporate contacts: e-mail, phone number, website, physical address (as it may differ from registered address).
Corporate and personal contacts must differ, as we create separate accounts for the company and each individual.
- Operating License
In case your company is operating under a license, please provide all the licenses necessary for the company’s business activities.
A license is required for activities such as banking, forex, cryptocurrency exchange trading, securities dealing, precious metals trading, online betting/gambling (iGaming), etc.
- Detailed Description of Business (Corporate entities only)
Please provide a detailed description of the business activities the company is involved in and how the business is handled in general.
- Cash Flow Estimate (Corporate entities only)
We require a cash flow estimate only. Please, specify the estimated amount of incoming and outgoing funds, including currency.
- Set of Registration Documents (Corporate entities only)
These documents help us understand: the date and place of registration, directors, UBO, shareholders, applicable regulations, etc.
Please, provide a set of registration documents according to your country (e.g., Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Registration, Memorandum, and Articles of Association, Certificate of Directors, Certificate of Registered Office, Certificate of Shareholders).
Document requirements:
- Documents must be issued within the last 3 months.
- For companies registered outside of the EU, documents must be apostilled.
- For companies registered in the EU, documents must be notarized.
- A copy of the document must be notarized in any case.
- Documents must be in English or with the notarized translation. The translation must be attached along with the original.
- Certificate of Good Standing AND Incumbency OR Excerpt from Registry (Corporate entities only)
Please, provide a Certificate of Good Standing and Incumbency or an Excerpt from the Registry.
- Documents must be issued within the last 3 months.
- For companies registered outside of the EU, documents must be apostilled.
- For companies registered in the EU, documents must be notarized.
- A copy of the document must be notarized in any case.
- Documents must be in English or with the notarized translation. The translation must be attached along with the original.
A Certificate of Good Standing must state that the company is properly registered, is up to date on all registration fees and required document filings, and is legally permitted to engage in business activities. The Certificate of Good Standing is requested from companies that are older than one year.
A Certificate of Incumbency must include the company’s name, registration number, registered office, and all current directors, as well as the shareholders and the number of shares they own.
An Excerpt from the Registry must include the same information as the Certificate of Incumbency, as well as the date and place of incorporation and the company’s authorized business activities.
- Passport / ID
We require a photo or a scan of each individual's passport/ID. If you are completing a corporate application you need to provide the passport or ID of each UBO, Director, and Shareholder in the company.
We can only accept international passports and IDs. We do not accept a driver’s license and a residence permit as ID.
- Proof of the Company Physical Address
Please, provide a corporate utility bill (water, gas, electricity, landline). The utility bill must be issued within the last three months. If you have a virtual office we require you to provide a Virtual office agreement and proof of payment.
If the landlord is covering the utility bills, please provide the utility bill addressed to the landlord and the lease agreement that details this arrangement. The lease agreement must be valid and must include the start and end dates of the rent.
We do not accept cell phone bills, invoices, corporate bank statements, or bank references as proof of the company’s address.
Documents must be in English or with an authorized translation.
- Personal Proof of Address
Utility Bill (water, gas, electricity, landline), Bank Statement, or a Bank Reference. The documents must be issued within the period of the last three months and be in English or with an authorized translation.
Any phone, internet bills, and invoices cannot be accepted.
If you are completing a corporate application, we also require proof of the residential address of all the parties having control or ownership of the company. (directors, shareholders, UBO’s).
- IBAN information (Clients only)
Please, specify if you require an IBAN and if so, in which currencies. At the moment it’s possible to choose between EUR and GBP or both.
